A man was stabbed at Gare du Nord on 06 September 2020. The assailant is on the run and is now wanted. There is an increased risk of disruption and heightened security presence in the area.

FRANCE – Mezilles – Historical – 40 Individuals Involved in Demonstration
On 06 September 2020, at least 40 individuals were involved in a demonstration outside the CED in Mezilles. Future demonstrations are possible.

FRANCE – Paris – Yellow Vest Marches Scheduled 12 September 2020
Yellow Vest activists have called for multiple gatherings to be held in Paris on 12 September 2020 from 0900hrs starting at Champs-Elysees. Clashes between security forces and demonstrators are possible.

FRANCE – Lozère – Severe Weather Warning Issued
A severe weather warning for thunderstorms has been issued for Lozère. There is an increased risk of travel disruption due to potentially hazardous road conditions.

FRANCE – Nationwide – Parts of France Put on Swiss Quarantine List
Nine regions of France have been put on the Swiss quarantine list and will come into force from Monday 14 September 2020. There is an increased risk to health and of disruption as efforts to halt the spread of coronavirus are to continue.
